I've found the W1 Office service to be very good and would like to express my thanks to all the staff I've been in contact with.
However, we no longer need a 'London' presence. We are now receiving most of our contacts via our website or by email - very few calls are received and correspondence is rare. Whilst the service provided by W1 Office filled a need in the past, that is simply not the case any longer.
